Diane Lai

Diane Lai is a distinguished executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of global leadership in product management and operations within the technology sector. Her extensive experience spans senior roles such as Director of Enablement at Rogers Communications Inc. (TSE: RCI.B) and Chief Operating Officer at ARHT Media Inc. (TSXV: ART), where she spearheaded strategic initiatives that drove significant business growth.

Currently, Diane is a key academic contributor, lecturing at the University of Toronto’s prestigious Entrepreneurship Program, where she inspires and mentors the next generation of innovators. She is also the AVP Practice Area Lead at TD Bank (TSE: TD), overseeing a global agile transformation that is redefining the bank's operational efficiency and customer experience.
