We feel privileged to be able to do what we do for our clients, and part of how we give back is by by donating time and money to causes that we care about.
Supporting Lung Cancer Canada.
Lung Cancer Canada does important work in advocacy, care and support for lung cancer patients and families. It's a heavy lift — although lung cancer accounts for more mortality than all other cancers combined, it receives the least support and funding.
Scott Lanaway serves on the Board of Directors, while Team Titan works on pro bono projects on key communications pieces for the organization. Every year, Titan also makes a donation to Lung Cancer Canada's general fund.
Supporting Flipside Opera.
Flipside Opera & Art Song Collective is a non-profit, volunteer-run vocal arts performance organization based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Flipside tells the stories of everyday experiences that make us human, through low-barrier, classically sung performances... that are anything but traditional.
Mark Glucki serves on the Board of Directors, and Team Titan has worked on marketing initiatives along with a new website for Flipside, which will be launching soon.
Supporting Kiva.
More than 1.7 billion people around the world are unbanked and can’t access the financial services they need. San Francisco-based Kiva is an international non-profit with a mission to expand financial access to help underserved communities thrive.
Titan has been a supporter of Kiva for over 12 years, having directly funded microloans totalling over $6,000 from a $1,500 rotating pool of lending dollars.
