Alex Swiech

Alex brings over 20 years of experience in HR and people development. She spent over eight years at Strategic Coach, where she focused on recruiting, team building, and retention. Following that, Alex served as Senior Director of People Development at Jackman Reinvents for over six years, guiding the agency through significant growth and success.

Since 2020, Alex has been a full-time consultant, specializing in optimizing people strategies for various companies. She is also a Kolbe Certified Consultant, using her expertise to help teams and individuals identify and leverage their strengths for enhanced productivity and synergy.

Outside of her professional work, Alex enjoys quality time with her husband, two young boys, and their pandemic puppy, Bowie.
