Gerard’s twenty-five year career in branding and marketing has spanned a variety of industries and sectors. Like many, he started in retail and consumer working for clients such as Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Cadillac Fairview Malls, TD and Bridgestone/Firestone to name a few. Gerard then spent six years working in capital markets, developing strategic messaging, branding, annual reports, IPO's, and all manner of investor communications for companies as diverse as skateboard retailers West 49, hospitality company SIR Corp. – owners of Jack Astor's Bar and Grill, Canyon Creek, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and REDS Wine Tavern – to wine distributors Vincor. For the last fifteen years, Gerard has specialized in health and wellness having launched over 21 brands into the United States and Canada. His experience includes Shoppers Drug Mart, Kimberly Clark and pharma giants AMGEN, Lilly, Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Astra Zeneca and AbbVie to name a few. Regardless of category, client, or channel, Gerard's goal is simple: do what he loves, wow the audience, push the envelope, but above all else, produce great work.
