Titan One is seeking an endlessly curious Strategist to help us on our mission to influence and amplify B2B brands worth talking about.


As a truly curious and people-driven person, you love digging into data and insights that lead you to new ideas, opportunities, and moments of influence for brands - no matter the category or task.

You enjoy working in a collaborative and fast paced environment, and are as drawn to keeping your finger on the pulse of new ways to reach audiences, as you are by developing sharp and brilliant briefs that get to the heart of changing minds or behaviours. 

You have 5+ years of agency or GTM strategy experience, and might be looking to move away from the traditional 'holding company' culture and flex your strategic muscles in a totally new way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with our Titan Insights arm to dig into target insights - including persona work, customer journey mapping, identifying moments of influence, and other ‘unexpected’ opportunities to reach consumers with the messages and content they need. 
  • Work to distill and communicate insights in effective strategies with clear directions and outcomes. 
  • Work to develop campaign and program briefs that are clear and compelling.
  • Establish trusting relationships with clients as a thought-leader who understands their business and customers. 
  • Work collaboratively with all team members across briefing, feedback, and execution.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategy role - client side, consultancy, or agency. 
  • Energetic self-starter who is curious and passionate about behaviours and quality work.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
    Effortlessly moves from insights into clear, defined action plans.
  • Your curiosity leads you to look for ways to learn, improve, evolve, and provide value.
  • You value delivering high-quality work, being proud of the team you work with, and building relationships with people.
